How do I restore my purchases?
Open NOVA, go to the shop or settings, and tap Restore purchases. Use the same App Store account you bought with.
How do I cancel NOVA Plus?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose NOVA Plus. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I turn off personalized ads?
Choose “Ask App Not to Track” when asked, or change it any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. NOVA Plus and Remove Ads turn off ads completely.
How do I delete my account?
In NOVA, open the cloud save screen and choose Delete account. If you can’t get into the app, email us from the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you.
I didn’t get my sign-in code.
Check your spam or junk folder, wait a minute, and try again. You can also use Sign in with Apple.
